The Strength Test is determined by doing tried an true, old fashioned push-ups.
Males perform full push-ups on the toes to the point where their upper arms are parallel. If you placed your fist below their chest, they should go low enough in their push-ups to touch your fist.
Females perform a modified version on their knees where their trunk and upper legs remain straight (no hip flexion) and they must descend to the point where their upper arms are parallel to the floor.
