At Genesis we have been using the BioAge product in our clubs for the past 18 months and have found it an extremely useful tool and resource for our trainers and members.
Initially we used the product purely as an assessment tool for our members. It was an easy rollout as the site looks professional and is easy to use, the “how to” video’s made it very simple for even the newest trainers to take. Once the assessments are completed the informative and thorough report is a fantastic tool for a member who wants a better understanding of where they are at. Members can really see the value in the assessment and are happy to pay for the product.
While the thorough assessment was great, we were extremely happy with the increased rate of conversion of BioAge assessments to personal training clients, compared to our old basic assessment, this also aided our retention as more of our members began personal training. Even experienced personal trainer’s have embraced the BioAge test as a new service to offer their clients and a great way to keep their clients motivated.
Only recently we have started to use the BioAge product as a lead generation tool, it has been fantastic. Due to the high value of the product and health focus potential members are extremely interested in the assessment. This has enabled our sales teams to approach people with more confidence and generate an increased number of leads (with more appointments kept) than the usual 7 day free pass.
Overall the BioAge has been a great product for our clubs and I recommend it wholeheartedly to any fitness club looking to improve service or increase sales.
